The course

The breathtaking race track, which stretches over 10.4 kilometers, places high demands on the endurance of the athletes. Especially the turn after half of the route requires a high degree of coordination and technical skill on the part of the rowers. In the skiff category, the start takes place at 20-second intervals, while boats with several participants are sent into the race at 30-second intervals. This regulation ensures a fair race of the highest quality.

The turning point at Ottos Place is also in close proximity to the shore. The race can be viewed from various locations along the shore, providing a great opportunity to cheer and support the athletes.
